Whether you’re taking your first steps into officiating or looking to progress along the pathway, our INTO Officiating, C Award, and B Award courses are designed to develop your knowledge, on-court presence, and decision-making skills. With new courses now open for booking, there’s never been a better time to get involved.
To make training more accessible, courses are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, giving you greater flexibility to learn around your schedule.
We’re also offering a limited number of summer daytime course spaces, perfect for those looking to qualify during the off-season or school holidays. |

The INTO Officiating course is the perfect starting point for your umpiring journey, introducing you to the rules of the game, core techniques and the confidence to take control on court in a supportive environment.
If you've passed your INTO and feel ready to take the next step, the C Award helps you develop consistency, positioning, and game-management skills, enabling you to officiate competitive netball with confidence.
For those with a C Award qualification and looking to progress, the B Award sharpens your decision-making, presence and performance, preparing you to officiate at the highest level of the game.

You should also check that you know your ENA ID and password and can log into ENgage. You can now use your email address as your username as long as it’s not linked to more than one ENgage record. If it is, you’ll need to use your ENA ID instead.

To enrol and participate in either course, you must hold an active membership with England Netball, your local County Netball Association, and your Regional Management Board at the time of enrolment and throughout the duration of the course. If you currently hold a Social or Supporting membership, you’ll need to upgrade to an on-court membership package. Please contact our Customer Experience team if you need support joining through a registered netball club or County Netball Association.
The INTO Officiating course is open to England Netball members aged 14+. The C Award is open to England Netball members aged 16+ - completion of INTO Officiating (or recognised equivalent) required. The B Award course is open to England Netball members aged 18+ - users must hold a current C Award and be actively officiating. |
